Excellent place, which is calm and away from the chaos of manali. In upper area of kothi and about 4km from manali. Run by a local apple rearer, called chaminder jee. Very humble, and helpful personality. Hai cafe is enroute to rohtang (the old road to East ladakh). Even if you are going through atal tunnel, this is a beautifully road and a simple cafe with a heartful meal. The view in winter and summer is nothing less than outstanding. If you are keen, he could show you around the apple orchard and give you a tour. They have a systematic way in the apple season where they pack there fruit. You must see it with him if you are around. Please don't pluck the apple, as this is there source of livelihood or pay them if you pluck.

It was an Amazing experience as the room has balcony and windows with amazing views of huge mountains in layers with beautiful meadows. The property has great parking space and its restaurant serves food very tasty as per your preference
This property is like a paradise for me. I have come here to stay for the second time. At first I came in June 2024, and my second time was December 2024. The food here is also very simple and tasty. This property is built in a very quiet place. This place is good for those who want some solitude. The view from here is of pure valley and mountains.
This was a heaven for us ..property is in excellent location surrounded by snow covered mountain,apple orchards ,several falls,trekking route green meadows...Service of the owner of this property is outstanding..we stayed there 4 days and he managed most of our tour without creating a single problem and always having smiling face.. Service of this person is quite outstanding ..
It is a nice hotel at Palchan, around 15 km north of Manali on the way to Rohtang. It has spacious rooms and view from Balcony from Super Deluxe Rooms and family suite is amazing. They serve delicious food. I stayed in June 24 and fully recommend.
